Ditching Urban Life for the Forest
A year ago, I made a radical leap.
I left the city, security & the people I held dear to chase a dream — to build a homestead nestled in the heart of the forest.
It sounds crazy, right?
But sometimes, the seeds of our biggest growth lie in unexpected soil.
My days once revolved around commutes & strategy meetings.
Now filled with building a house & making friends with the birds.
It only took a few months of living here to realize a few important things.
Whether you’re launching a SaaS or planting your first garden, the principles are surprisingly similar:
— A homestead needs solid infrastructure, just as SaaS requires dependable code.
— My crops must weather changing conditions, as your SaaS must evolve with market needs.
— Organic search is crucial whether it’s my heirloom tomatoes or a client’s revolutionary software tool.
— While my path might be unconventional, the hunger for growth and strategic visibility unites us.
My homesteading journey has reinforced the lessons I learned over 15 years of working with emerging SaaS brands.
